Romeleåsen is like an own little kingdom with rocky heights, valleys and dense forest.
We can promise a wonderful experience with nice viewpoints, lush meadows and shady forests.
About the walk
The terrain is hilly, so wear comfortable hiking shoes and clothes suitable for the weather. Expect at least 4 hours of hiking incl. food stops.
About the food
We set the tables with delicious delicacies from small, local producers in Skåne, all with a passion for their product. Our guide leads you through the food, the beverages, its origins, as well as the neighborhood’s culture and history. You will taste fish, poultry, cheeses, biscuits, marmalades, various sausages, mushrooms and a large number of drinks that fit nicely with each dish. A 5-course menu in a lovely forest.
are dogs allowed?
If you have a dog that you want to bring, they are welcome, but we cannot have too many dogs on the walks so make sure to register your dog and wait for our confirmation.
In order for it to be a nice experience for everyone in the group, we want to keep some guidelines regarding dogs:
– The dog must be kept on a leash throughout the walk.
– Dogs are not allowed close to the dining tables. There will be a place to keep the dog at each stop.
– Everyone doesn’t like dogs (even if we do) so show consideration to the group
– We walk through cow pastures and it is especially important to show respect for the grazing animals. Follow the guide’s instructions.

Reviews for this tasting hike
A big thank you for the very nice tasting that was invited on 1 May. You had arranged with a nice weather, but a bit very windy, but it was good anyway. A very nice round in beautiful scenery and with a moderate speed so that everyone could keep up with. Fantastic products from local producers, tastefully presented to us. A very good presentation of the products, and further about the landscape. All this mixed with nice anecdotes and stories from times gone by.
We are very grateful to you.
